Kathy Klein
Katarzyna studied BA Graphic Design at St.Martins school of Art from 1984-1987 and was awarded a 3 month travel bursary to study at the Fine Art Academy in warsaw, Poland in 1988. She worked as a designer for marks and Spencer and The English National Opera before pursuing a career in illustration.
Her work has appeared on book jackets, packaging, greeting cards and many magazine publications throughout the world. Clients include Marks and Spencer, Liberty, Unicef, HSBC, Tesco, Financial Times, Sunday Times, BBC, Orion Publishing and Art Angels.
After living and working in London for 20 years she is now based in Leicester and continues to be represented by 'Eastwing Illustration Agency'. www.eastwing.co.uk.
Katarzyna's painted work is largely influenced by her Polish roots.
