Delivery and Cancellation Terms

Deliveries

We offer First Class Post delivery to most places in mainland Britain for posters so that each consignment arrives fresh and ready for framing. Our delivery charge is 3.95 for poster orders and 11.95 for stretched canvas orders.Stretched canvas please allow up to 14 days for delivery.Charges subject to seasonal changes,i.e. Christmas deliveries.

West End Gallery will not liable for any failed deliveries due to incorrect addressing. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We will endeavour to resolve any complaints or issues you may have.

West End Gallery can offer delivery to addresses outside the UK by special arrangement only, please call us.

Once your order has been dispatched, an email will be sent automatically to the email address you supplied.We cannot be held resposible if the email address is supplied incorrectly.

Cancellations

Your order can be cancelled any time up until it is dispatched. We would hope as a courtesy that you would give us as much notice as possible but we understand that circumstances change.

Replacement

It is our top priority to make sure our artwork reproductions are of a high standard. On the odd occasion a substandard item may make it through. If this happens please let us know and we will replace the item upon receipt of the substandard or damaged goods.

If your order has not arrived then contact us. If it is our error, then we'll either credit your account or resend the order.

Refunds

If we have made a mistake with your order we will credit your account or send you the correct order.

Complaints

If you have any complaints concerning any part of our service then please contact us by email at roger@westend-gallery.co.uk . We are always willing to improve our service. All complaints will be dealt with within 7 working days.

IMPORTANT.

All information given on the website is accurate to the best of our knowledge. If we have made a mistake then please inform us so that we may correct it. Sizes given are generally accurate but are supplied to us by our suppliers and may be subject to correction at times. There is no intention on our part to misrepresent any items offered for sale. All information supplied to West End Gallery is secure. We do not pass your information onto other organisations.. West End Gallery do not have access to your credit card details used in our shopping basket. These are managed by HSBC BANK and as such are subject to English Law.
